What is wrong with my identity when I got car loan & number of credit cards and what not. I am not given a reason on why ATT was not able to verify my identity. This is the message I see when I check the order status online I have tried to order this upgrade 3 times and 3 times it's been canceled. Then I even tried putting the order through on a different credit card, to no avail. They both used the same billing/shipping addresses and payment info. One order went through just fine and I've already received the new phone, but the other order keeps getting canceled. I put the orders in separately, since I didn't see an option to put them both in one shopping cart. I recently went online to order an upgrade for the two lines on my wireless plan.
